Hi there!

I am Rey, a Research Specialist Lead at the University of Missouri-Columbia. I work in the Personality and Emotion Laboratory with Professor Timothy Trull and the Distributed and Intelligent Computing Laboratory with Professor Yi Shang. My research focuses on utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for analyzing digital phenotyping and passive sensing data to understand high-intensity drinking problems.

I have over five years of industry experience, having served as a Software Engineer and held leadership roles across startups, banking, and manufacturing sectors. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Satya Wacana Christian University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
